It is without a doubt that the world feels pretty crazy right now and we are all trying to continue with our normal lives as best we can. However, this is easier said than done. We all are missing the simple days when you could go to the grocery store without a face mask, without lysoling every surface, and when the paper product aisle was fully stocked.
Going to the store now feels somewhat like an olympic sport trying to hurdle over germs and other people. With that being said, your weekly grocery trip may be turning into more of an every 2-3 week trip — which seems to be the smartest approach right now. So how are you supposed to eat healthy, tasty and interesting foods when you can’t go to the store to pick up new produce every week?
