Are you thinking it is time to count calories? Eat restrictively? Follow strict rules to manage your weight and improve how you feel? Well if so, my guess is that this is probably not the first time you’ve tried this approach and why you may be reading this now. How about just following the “C” program? It’s so easy and fun to implement for the whole family. In fact, it’s rather contagious! All you have to do is start using the simple tasks provided in the program that start w/ the letter “C”. And you are on your way to sustainable eating that comes naturally and without a major shift in your already busy lifestyle. No measuring or weighing of food, no good or bad food diet mentality that drives us all C = Crazy! The C-program consists of gentle, basic “C-tasks” that bring us back to our awareness of our eating and ourselves. We hope to have you join us.
